Current Training Schedule (From Sept. 2023 - Feb. 2024)

Monday / Wednesday / Friday - 7:00PM - 9:00PM

* Trainings are on a "use it or lose it" basis. There are no make-up sessions.

* Schedules are subject to change during November based upon HS Game Schedules.

Technical - Dribbling, shooting form, rebounding, footwork, and finishing skills.

Mental - Learn mental toughness and discipline, Build player confidence, superior focus, game preparation, and improved attitude.

Physical - Increase speed/agility, build explosive power, increase endurance/aerobic capacity, and reduce chance of injury.

Game Situations - Floor spacing, movement off of a screen, 1-on-1 attacking, defense, and ball penetration.

What To Bring

Please have your athlete bring:

  • Water
  • Basketball
  • Basketball Shoes
  • Lunch/Snacks (Daytime Slot Only)

** For those who are joining us for our 9:00AM -3:00PM camp, please pack a lunch and some healthy snacks as well. We do not provide lunch.

Camp Schedule

Monday/Tuesday (July 17th-18th)
Time Slot 1 (9:00am - 3:00pm)
9am - 11am - Conditioning (Speed, Agility)
11am - 12pm - Lunch/Film Break
12pm - 3pm - Gym Time (Basketball Training)
Time Slot 2 (5:00pm - 9:00pm)
5pm - 7pm - Conditioning (Speed, Agility)
7pm - 9pm - Gym Time (Basketball Training)

Wednesday (July 19th)
All Campers: 7:00AM - 11:00AM
